Through input from occupational therapists our Wonder Vest offers an innovative design with two shoulder weights and four lower weight pouches for the adult small Wonder Vest. The medium, large, and x-large adult's vest has eight lower weight pouches with two shoulder weights. This distribution of the weights provides better proprioceptive feedback throughout the trunk. The vest can be used without the shoulder weights if that is preferred.

Weighted vests have been used with Early Childhood population with the diagnoses of Autism/PDD, neuromuscular delays, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and ADHD/ADD. The weighted vests are easy to put on and take off. Postural stability is noted, with noticeable gait patterns of hypotonic children and improved weight-shifting patterns during functional floor/table reaching activities.
I am so glad that you are making these GREAT vests. They are so superior to what was available before. When I saw them at the workshop, I decided to try one. I liked it and so did the children, and so do the therapists and teachers I work with. We have gotten quite a few from you. And all the students that are using them are now wearing them within the regular classroom settings.
You sent us a weighted vest, size medium for my little boy. I was worried that it could look a bit strange, bit it's really adorable. I think all the kids in his classroom could want one and they don't even need the weights!
